Joy Ada ONYESOH, a charismatic woman!
Has been elected International President of WILPF in 2018. As such, she attended the Zurich WILPF event on May 2019. From NIGERIA, she speaks perfect English and 4 african languages (Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba and ….)
TRAINING
degrees in Applied Chemistry, a PhD in Business Management, MSc in Environmental Management, MSc in Development Studies.
She conducts research for her doctoral degree in “Transformative Studies” and is studying for a degree in LLB Law. She is currently affiliated at the” Institute of Development Studies” University of Nigeria and “California Institute of Integral Studies“, USA.
COMMITMENTS
She was the President of “Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom” in Nigeria and the Executive Director of “Women for Skill Acquisition Development and Leadership Organisation”. Joy is particularly invested in the full implementation of UNSCR 1325 and has facilitated translation into four Nigerian Indigenous languages. Has been elected International President of WILPF in 2018
