Women Equity Partners (website)

Women Equity Partners (WEP) is the first merchant banking boutique focusing on women-led growth companies in Europe. WEP combines corporate advisory and principal investment practices dedicated to building value for the companies we support. WEP focuses on development stage companies with revenues above € 5 m. These companies must comply with advanced social responsibility standards which require equal access to economic opportunities and governance.

Women Equity Partners’ investment strategy aims at generating absolute returns on investments by selecting the most successful and promising women-led growth companies, and to maximize the social impact of these investments by contributing to the establishment of female leadership role models for the society: in that sense, WEP pursues a unique investment strategy where financial performance echoes with social impact.

WEP is operating under the umbrella of the Women Equity Program. This program, the first of its kind, was launched end 2009 by Women Equity for Growth, a non-profit organization founded by Dunya Bouhacene and Greg Revenu, co-founder of Bryan, Garnier & Co, the leading European investment bank in growth companies, to support the development of women-led growth SMEs in Europe and to promote their success models. It fosters topical research and publications, promotion of female executives (La Tribune Women’s Awards, Women Equity 50 France, etc.), and development of a business network dedicated to supporting the growth of the companies backed by the Program.
